We want ordering from HRCookery Bakes to feel easy and personal. These guidelines help us keep every order fresh, thoughtful, and ready when you need it.
Preorders & timing
We recommend placing standard orders at least 48 hours in advance. Custom cakes, larger quantities, and special designs may require additional notice.
- Orders are confirmed once we review the details and availability.
- Same-day or short-notice requests may be possible, subject to capacity.
- Please share your preferred pickup or delivery date when contacting us.
Pickup & delivery
HRCookery Bakes is based in Airdrie, Alberta. Pickup details and a pickup window are provided after your order is confirmed.
- Local delivery may be available depending on area, date, and order size.
- Any delivery fee or minimum will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
- Please be available during the agreed delivery or pickup window.
Custom orders
We love helping create something personal. Custom-order requests are reviewed individually based on flavor, size, design, servings, and date.
- Inspiration images are welcome, but final designs may vary slightly.
- Changes after confirmation may affect timing or price.
- Your order is considered confirmed after the details are reviewed with you.
Changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests are handled case by case, especially once preparation has begun.
- We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before production.
- Custom or perishable orders may not be changeable after preparation starts.
- Any applicable refund or credit will be discussed directly with you.
Ingredients & allergens
Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs before ordering. Our treats are prepared in a home bakery environment and may come into contact with common allergens.

- We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Customers are responsible for sharing relevant allergy information with everyone being served.
Payment & confirmation
Payment details and the order total are confirmed with you before the order is finalized. Please review your date, flavor, quantity, and design details carefully.

Yes. Inspiration helps us understand your colors, mood, and preferred style. We’ll confirm what is possible.
